This is a disappointing sequel to “Cradle of Saturn“. The same characters return to earth to restart civilization based on the philosophy of the Saturnian share-and-share-alike colony while other survivors work to reimpose rule by force. It’s an interesting premise, but Hogan puts description where action should be the story drags.
